Great purchase!

Did not receive product or assistance

I would love to write a review, but I never saw the shoes and when I submitted my claim online, it specifically said you will be refunded not we will consider it so now I am short a lot of money

Not real

Quality is bad since Australia is out of it now. You can see and feel the difference. I have other Uggs that say Australia on the box and the fur is still nice and soft. These are not the same. Not sure if I’m keeping them or not honestly.
