Quality is bad since Australia is out of it now. You can see and feel the difference. I have other Uggs that say Australia on the box and the fur is still nice and soft. These are not the same. Not sure if I’m keeping them or not honestly.
Arrived in time!
Great-quick delivery

The boots were worn
I can't believe Macy's is shipping out worn items when orders are placed online. I can't believe it but it's the second item received that I have to return. It's ridiculous and upsetting that I have to return these to find them somewhere else.
Comfy
So comfy and warm.

Poor Service
I never received the ordered item. The tracking app indicated that the shipper's label had been filled out and that I received a tracking number. I was supposed to receive the item on December 16. I did not receive it that date, so I checked the tracking and there had been no movement since the label had been prepared. I contacted Macy's customer service and was told that they would not reshipment the item until 11 days had passed since order date which was December 10. I then contacted the shipper who indicated that they had never received the item. I would like the item to be shipped immediately before the 11 days expire since the shipper never received them item, I must presume that Macy's never shipped the item. I ordered it in plenty of time to receive it by Christmas.
They don't make em like they used to...
I love UGG boots! I had 2 pairs that lasted me more than 10 years (through a LOT of wear in my college years). I just finally had to replace them so I got these, which are almost identical to one of the the pairs that lasted me for so long. Unfortunately after only a year, I noticed a rip on the back of one of the boots. I contacted UGG and they said I was JUST outside of the warranty and they couldn't replace it. I attempted to repair it but because of the spot it ripped in, my heel ripped it right back open when I went to put it on. The rip has only gotten worse and now it's almost big enough to fit 3 fingers through. I won't be buying another pair. I feel like I basically threw almost $200 in the trash. They don't make em like they used to. And UGG just lost a loyal customer of over 15 years.

Response from UGG
We hear you and we know it's upsetting to have an item fall outside of coverage. We aim to keep the process consistent and transparent for everyone, following the guidelines outlined in our help center: bit.ly/UGGWarrantyInfo. The warranty timeframe of one year is in place as the defects covered may become apparent within the first year of wear. While our warranty covers craftsmanship issues within the first year, it does not extend to normal wear and tear or beyond the one-year mark. If you have additional questions, we are a few clicks away bit.ly/UGGHelps.
