One boot is bigger than the other.

I have a pair of UGG boots that are wonderful so I thought these would be also wonderful. But the right boot is way too big and slides up & down on my foot. I want to exchange for a pair that fit but with Covid I don't want to go inside. These came by mail. What to do?
