Pleasant error

Ordered chestnut color and received box that says "chestnut" but definitely "caribou". Turns out the mislabeling worked to my advantage, as I think this color works better with my wardrobe. Thanks for the mistake Macys or Uggs!

Comfortable & Classy

These are effortlessly cool and stylish while also comfortable and classy. Unfortunately upon opening the box I noticed the back heel is not sewn but I’m confident that I can exchange for a new pair. I can’t wait to wear them for cool spring evenings.
