Delay delays delay

This was ordered as a Christmas present. It was supposed to be delivered by December 24. The date kept getting pushed back and I did not ultimately receive it until five days later, December 30. Super disappointing terrible reliability on Macy’s end.

Received these boots in the mail with a security tag on them.

THEY SENT THE WRONG SIZE AND THE WRONG SHOE.

The wrong size and shoe were sent. They sent a size 8 Ugg slipper. I took other items back for a refund and I have NOT received my refund for this item as of now; the other products were refunded.
