Disappointed

I own several pairs of Uggs , tall and short. When I saw the animal Caspian I immediately purchased them. Look cute but huge design error. The ankle part of the boot is so rigid that it’s almost impossible to get your foot in. After almost breaking my ankle twice, back they go! It’s really ashame because the inside of the boot fit well .
