Very upsetting

The bot is nice, Macy’s sent two right foot boots a size 8 & 9… very upsetting! Poor distrubition, very dissappointed!

So cozy! These are the softest most comfortable boots. I usually wear a size 8.5 and ordered and 8, they fit perfect! So much better looking in person. I love them!

New Ugg Lover!

I got these in black a few weeks ago- so warm and so comfy. I'm in love. I sprayed them with a boot protector and they still look brand new after wearing them outside several times. That's impressive for a black boot.

Bad heal design

I bought these for my youngest daughter and it's nearly impossible for her to slip her foot in past the heal. I ordered up in a size too. I had my second daughter try and had the same problem. Bad heal design on this boot.
