Uncomfortable and stiff, not great

Not very comfortable. I’m a loyal ugg customer since the 90s and due to the platform height and stiffness of the opening on this particular pair, I don’t have good balance wearing them and developed blisters on my ankles. They kind of just sit in my closet now. It’s strange because I haven’t had this problem with the thicker platform line for their slippers.

Nice UGGs, but very tough to get into. That’s the biggest issue. Otherwise, very comfortable and warm

I love the lift/height it provides but...

A bit challenging to put on. Very stiff at the opening//neck of the shoe. Love the height.

Super comfy and great for an extra bit of height

I would totally recommend these. I love these boots and wear them every single day - the only downside is you can’t wear them in rain or snow.

Ugg mini.

I didn't receive what I ordered.. I received see attached photos. I was charged for uggs but did not receive them. Know I have to return them to them. Ugh!

I couldn't even get my ankle through. I had to return, super bummed out

After a short break in period, Your pair should relax to a softer fit, but we appreciate you getting them back to us since they weren't what you expected. Perhaps a style with a more customizable fit, like our Bailey Tie, could be just what you need. Remember, you always have 30-days to send back your pair if you don't love them upon arrival.
