These are good flip-flops, insulated, and lined with real fur. I went up a size and found them much more comfortable. The heel is a bit loose, though. I recommend going up a size. I'm not very happy with the sole. A slight lift in the heel area would have been more comfortable and healthier for my feet. Overall, I'm happy.
