Horrible day

I had a very disappointing experience at Macy’s yesterday when trying to exchange my UGG slides. I arrived around 10:15 a.m. and didn’t leave until 11:25 a.m. it took over an hour just to process a simple exchange. In the end, they still couldn’t complete it because there was an issue with their system that prevented the size exchange. It was a frustrating and time-consuming experience

LOVE!!!

I bought the green ones in my regular size 9, but had to size down to an 8. The color is absolutely beautiful and once I sized down the fit was great. Don’t hesitate to buy these, they are gorgeous!!
