Damaged Uggs delivered by Macys

I never take the time to do reviews, however, I'm doing this one because I would not want anyone else to be as disappointed as I am with Macys. These Uggs were supposed to be my Christmas gift to my granddaughter. They arrived Christmas Eve in a non-Uggs box. The Uggs box was tore apart and in the unmarked box. One of the shoes was damaged and had black marks. I will never shop Macys again nor will anyone I know. Clearly, a Macy's employee packaged the damaged shoe with the damaged box and sent them to me at Christmas time. Nice job, Macy's employee.
