I guess they'll do...size up

I got a pair in the color dense smoke. Its pictured as a dark brown with pink stitching. Upon receiving them, I saw that the actual color is more of a gray black color... also ...im a true 8 in every shoe I own, but the previous 2 pairs of tasmans I ordered in an 8 were far too small even without socks... im not new to uggs so I know about the break in period... but I had them for months and they did not fit any better so I would size up. I ordered a 9 and they fit snug as an ugg usually does b4 break in... in other words a perfect fit!

I wanted PURPLE!

The shoe fits great, but the color I order, Misty Wisteria, is blue NOT purple. I noticed someone else had the same problem. I would recommend if you want a pair of blue shoes.

Wrong arrived

I ordered the Ugg in Chestnut; size 7. The shoes that arrived were a different color and size 6. When I went to exchange, the shoes were sold out in the size/color combo that I originally ordered. VERY disappointed with Macy's. Paid with a gift card, and they are going to mail me a physical gift card for my refund. Yet to receive. Awful experience.

Maybe I purchased defective pair

My daughter had been wanting a pair of these for awhile so I gave them to her as a Christmas gift and unfortunately the thread/ stitching is already coming loose and hanging. Not sure if I could return since they've been worn. Very expensive slide so I was hoping for better durability.
