Great bed

Great bed but does require a box spring

Defective product and no help from customer servic

My headboard has screw holes that are in the wrong shape, so the leg cannot be attached. The other leg attaches just fine, so it's not a mistake that I'm making. I've left several messages with the manufacturer to get a replacement part, but never get a response. I called Macy's who tried to get in touch with the manufacturer, then the Macy's rep hung up on me after having me on hold for 10 minutes. I bought this after seeing all the positive reviews, so either they're fake reviews or I just got unlucky and got the one defective bed.

Company loves it

We use this in our spare bedroom for company, we got other dresser. nightstand, etc. as a set, this compliments it nicely
