Love it!

Terrible quality
I bought three of these a few years ago. The pump on one had to be replaced after a few uses. Umbra replaced it (though it took several weeks). All of soap dispensers broke within 1-2 years of use - the part that you screw the pump into broke off entirely from the mail receptacle on two of them, and the chrome top came off the top of the third. The chrome plating at the tip of the pump also flaked off. I would not recommend at all.

Amazing soap pump!
We have had this product for over a year and it is still working great. There has never been an issue with soap build up or difficulties dispensing. It is easy to depress the plunger with a single hand. It is very easy to clean with a few quick wipes. It looks great on our countertop!

Good but never clean
I do like this dispenser but I would discourage buying it in the chrome/silver version. Since having it, It has never looked clean. It fingerprints pretty quickly so once you touch it, it has marks. The photo is from when I just wiped it down while cleaning my bathroom.

Fine countertop addition
It does look as you would imagine it from the pictures, HOWEVER, the base is not cut perpendicular to the body... as a result, there is a noticeable tilt... kind of like the Leaning Tower of Pisa. It can be annoying trying to find the right placement... does it lean away from the user? does it lean towards the user?

Pretty
Works well. Small pump that gives small squirts. So its perfect for kids bathroom or the kitchen. I use it for my dish soap when a little goes a long way. This soap pump has a nice sleek look. It fits in my over the sink dish drain and doesn't take up much space. Over all I am pleased with my new soap dispenser.

Great dispenser
This is a great soap dispenser, it has a nice opening for filling so when you go to fill it there is enough space so you don’t spill it. It pumps soap nice and doesn’t clog, sometimes refillable dispensers clog but this one is great.
