This gorgeous clock is made from bent beech wood that has been shaped into folded ribbon shapes. Its contrasting minute and hour hands make it easy to tell the time. Ribbonwood's bent wood is part of a complex process of molding bent plywood.

Disappointed in the quality

I was excited to buy this clock to match my Knoll Gehry Cross Check chair but the color of the clock is too white, so I tried to stain it a slightly darker maple and when I did the inconsistency in the grain from ribbon to ribbon was intensified. The design of the clock is lovely but the quality of the materials and finish are very disappointing.

Beautiful sleek modern clock

We love our Ribbonwood wall clock! It is such a beautiful design compared to standard wall clock. It is truly a functional decor piece! Very easy to hang, sits flush against the wall.
