Appropriate pieces not included

I'm sure this would have been pretty had I been able to assemble and use it. Unfortunately, the wrong screws were sent, and I could not put it together. Macys expected me to box it up and take it to a UPS store to return, which I don't have time to do. So I have paid for an item I can't use.
