So Fabulous
There is something about the cut of clothing that I favor Under Armor so much. The swoop on the bottom makes you look very shapely and i love the opening for the thumbs. Their half zip is my favorite because you can pull it down if it gets too hot. I have a dress that has the exact cut and I love it so much. These three things sets Under Armour above the others and I always get compliments on my look.

Runs Small
The top is nice, does what it is supposed to. It does run small, I felt as though it was pinching up on my arms. It was short in the torso area as well. Overall it was nice, kept me warm and dry during my Spartan race.

Warm for winter's chill
Love the height of the zip collar ... the shirt really keeps the chill away ... the only thing less than superb is the length of the zip and its bulky placket ... when zipped up and I'm sitting down it bulges across the chest.

My new favorite top
I LOVE this top! I needed to replace my "go to" top of 15 years and this fills the bill! It's flattering and a good high neck for my "swan" neck, and a little thicker for the morning chill that's starting. The thumb grip is a welcomed bonus. It's slimming and flattering and extremely functional for my expeditions; be it workout, fishing or golf. My kind of top!

Not the same 1/2 zip from years prior
I'm not sure when the style changed but I'm very unhappy with the fit of the new ColdGears, both for the 1/2 zip and the crew. The torso and sleeves still fit the same but the armpits are so tight that the seams rub against the skin in your armpits. The thumb hole style has been changed to that of the ColdGear Reactor line, making the cuffs on the sleeves tighter. Moving up a size would just make the shirt baggier, which is not what you want in a base layer. To sum up, if you do any form of upper body work (weight lifting, swimming, boxing, etc.), the "plain" ColdGear line will no longer work for you. The shirts will fit fine for your torso but your biceps/armpits/bust will no longer fit into these.
