it seems small compared to my last back but it holds a very decent amount. and you can put your shoes stored in the outside too.

Had to return due

The bag was on a great sale so I got it for my son who wanted a bag that could hold his soccer ball on the outside. The description stated that the outer bungee cords could hold shoes or a ball, but when I got it and tried to put his size 4 ball in it, it would not hold it. Would have been a keeper if it could hold the ball!

Great bag for school & sports

The bag is the perfect size for both school and sports. Very durable and great quality. Holds a water bottle with lots of space inside. The spot for shoes or sneakers is very practical so that they do not need to go inside the bag.
