Great Hoodie!

I normally wear a medium in hoodie's when I want them a little tighter or large when I want them looser. I am 6ft/190lbs. Based on the other reviews that this tends to run large or long, I decided to go with medium. Not sure what some of the other people are seeing but the medium fits very similar to the rest of the UA hoodies I have. This is a really nice hoodie, good cross between the hoodie and jacket. Not a big fan of the material in the hood but based on the fact that you can use this in the rain, it makes sense.

Swacket is a go-to

I highly recommend the Swacket. I've had my Swacket for a couple of winters and it's a great go-to. It's warm and wind-proof without being a huge mistake if you wear it on a run when the temps are warmer than you expected. It's equally great when it's very cold, providing that you wear the right layers underneath. I've gone on long runs in temps between 20-55 degrees F and it has been very nice. I appreciate its water resistance, too. The Swacket is also a super-comfy layer for just hanging out. The fleece is great. There aren't many weaknesses, but there are a few. -- The pocket zippers are extremely easy to jam. There is a design flaw in how loose the fabric is around those zippers. -- The pockets (inside and outside) all bottom-out quite low. That's fine for the outside pockets, but it means that if you put your phone in your pocket and run, it bounces around too close to your waist/hips. It could be improved with a well-placed phone pocket at the chest or on one of the arm sleeves. -- The fit is a bit on the loose side. I have a S/M and I might have gone even smaller but I think that it would have been too tight in some areas. The cut is kind of boxy and it doesn't match the shape of an actual human body. (Maybe it is for aliens?)

Loose, but grows on you.

It may be a bit long in the back for some, but for me, I'm fine with the extra coverage for warmth, and outdoor training in the wind and wet. The surface DWR is awesome and performs super well in light and even heavy rain for a limited time...like running home. The surface of the hoodie is also super snag resistant, so long term, I'm happy to not have to worry about threads and stitching. Overall, a good fall to winter transition piece for outdoor training, and to and fro.

Great in rain

Short and to the point. I own a ton of hoodies but not one that is comfortable and offers more than a few benefits like this one. I got caught in the rain and put up the hood and water repelled nicely off this article or swacket. I highly recommend and a firm believer in UA technology to make all sports better and bring caught in unpredictable circumstances like a cold rain or windy day

Zipper Issues

I got a black UA Swacket for Christmas in 2017. SUPER comfy jacket/hoodie combo. Great material. Fits perfectly. My go-to jacket for sure! My only complaint is that the pocket zippers are a nightmare...Constantly getting stuck in the pocket lining. One zipper is completely ruined from having to force it, to correct itself.

Fantastic product

The swacket hype is real, when I got this I thought it seemed to thin to be warm but I was wrong it's very warm and I wear it until it starts getting to 0 celsius or lower. I was pretty impressed with how well this thing wicks away water I tested it by running water from my tap over the sleeve and was shocked that my sleeve was completely dry when I pulled it out of the sink. Big fan of the swacket and would recommend I may end up getting one for my wife.

Exceeds My Expectations

And I have high expectations for Under Armour products. I've had my swacket for a year now and am very pleased with it! I'm a short and heavy guy, hence the 3xl size for me. Big gut, so the size works great for me. I find the swacket comfortable with a long sleeve flannel shirt down to about 40 degrees as long as there isn't too much wind. Wind resistance is fair and water resistance is good even in light rain. As other reviewers noted the hood pull strings are weird and I'm not sure I like them. But overall, I find the swacket a great purchase and have recommended to others.

Very practical and versatile

I've considered purchasing a swacket for about a year. When I finally got it I saw how thin it was and I did doubt that I would perform as good as my expectation had built it up. That day the weather was 40 degrees and it was a very windy day with a feel of 34. As soon as I put the swacket on I felt a difference. This jacket has kept me warm at work and at work when the heat doesn't work. Today the highest temperature was 20 degrees and the swacket as a top layer worked perfectly. I barely felt the wind and I felt very warm. The only issue I see is that it is not 100% windproof, I'd say it is 85 or 90% windproof. Other than that this is a great garment.
