Good for gym and everyday wear

Usually take a size 12 in Rockwear, two tags etc so the medium fitted snug but not too tight. Just did a Grit Cardio (HIIT) class, the waist band does roll up and the legs ride up to the top of thighs. So a bit of adjusting. Otherwise, very lightweight material and comfy.
