The pillows are firm, but soft. They hold their shape very well. Comfortable for back sleepers or as a body hugging pillow. Reminiscent of hotel pillows. Easily foldable for maximum comfort. The best part is no feather leakage.

I am primarily a back sleeper and these are just flat enough to accommodate that so I can wake up without a stressed neck. My husband sleeps on his side and uses this as a “huggy” pillow which it works great for as well because it is not bulky.

I really like these pillows! Reminds me of a hotel pillow -- you can really maneuver them how you want. They are soft and comfy. If you are looking for something more firm, this is not it. I like to have at least one pillow I can sort of hug, so this is that for me. Feels good quality and like it will last too.

The pillows are on the flat side compared to my older pillows that aren’t feathered filled. I don’t usually prefer feather filled pillows, the ones at the hotels irritate my face. these don’t seem to be to bad

I use this pillow as a body pillow. I love it! It is the kind of pillow that you literally melt into. It is incredibly soft. I would recommend this pillow to anyone who loves soft pillows. But its firm enough to hold its shape.

These pillows were surprisingly comfortable. I usually don't like down pillows because they are too soft, don't offer enough support, and leak feathers. After one week, the pillows fluffed to 6.75 inches in height which is more than the 5.5 inches they measured when I fluffed them out of the package. They do not leak feathers or down. I am a small person (5'), so one pillow was enough for adequate neck support. However, my daughter (5'6") tried the second pillow and had to fold it in half for maximum comfort. I normally use a memory foam pillow with a neck groove for proper spine alignment and support, but this pillow is very comfortable and will definitely be used.

Very good pillows. They are soft material and don’t have any feathers popping out like other feathered pillows.. They come rolled up, but once you puffed them up, they seem medium firm. We sleep great with them.
