I bought this mattress cover because it says 100% cotton that when it came it was 100% polyester

Poor and damaged packaging

Macy's needs to find a better packing and delivery service. The boxes for my mattress pads looked like they had been through the wringer. There was lots of tape trying to hold them together, and parts of the box had areas where something had broken through. Amazingly, my pads were fine, but surely not for lack of delivery destructive effort.
