Buckle broke after one time

Comfort was great for the price but the buckle broke after the first time wearing it.

GARBAGE AND POOR QUALITY

In very short time the soles from front came out. Cheaply made. Looks good from outside but inside is GARBAGE.

Awful quality! Very disappointed

Awful product, save your money and don’t buy. The buckle broke the first day I wore these, so disappointing.

VERY BAD SHOES

Never buy these shoes. The first time I tried to wore, the buckle strap broke and I could never use these shoes.

Disappointment

Sadly to say that when I received my supposedly brand new pair of shoes, I didn’t expedite they were used and sold as new. Not only were they used but the strap was broken and missing part of the clip. I wasn’t aware that Macy’s doesn’t double check their order prior to shipping. However, the customer service representative was very humble and apologetic about the situation. Hopefully I get refunded the price of the shoes and applied to my credit card.

Disappointed

The shoe resembles nothing like the photo. The style is the same but nothing else resembles the quality of the shoe indicated in the photo. I am returning for a refund. Disappointed.
