Very disappointed

Got this rint for Christmas not even 30 days later it was tarnished . I noticed it about it about a week ago. Unable to return for refund. I'm also disappointed by Macy's for even carrying this trash.. I thought they would have better vendors. I'm so disappointed but I will never purchased they jewelry again. I won't recommend this product to no one and I've told everyone who gave me a compliment on it not to buy it and I will make a post
