Charm Falls Off!

I really wanted to love this bracelet! Unfortunately, the very first time I wore it, the cross charm fell off. I tried to repair it myself by bending/securing the o-ring that attaches the charm to the bracelet, but the same thing happened again. I’m not rough with my jewelry. So, beware—this bracelet is very delicate and poorly made. It likely won’t stand up to normal wear and tear.

Damaged

Tracking showed it was damaged during delivery. Have reordered and it has been 2 weeks total, hoping it gets there soon before Easter.
