Broken Necklace

The necklace broke after an hour of having it I was wearing it just sitting down not doing anything strenuous and it broke. I’m very disappointed. I don’t live close to Macy’s and it’s a hassle for me to return and I’m not going to exchange it cause I don’t want that to happen again Very very sad
