The stones are very pretty, but…

The bracelet itself is just fair. The gold looks cheap and the charm looks cheap, but the stones are very pretty. However, it was on sale so it was worth the sale price, but definitely not the full price.

Accountability

What I would like is for Macy’s to acknowledge the fact that I was injured in one of their stores. The injury took place in 2023 at the Countryside Mall in Clearwater, FL. More importantly, I reported this incident and nothing transpired after the report was initiated. Now, I would like feedback on that, because as a loyal customer I do not feel valued or appreciated.
