Never received package, CS was no help!

Terrible customer service, did not help me at all. I’m not into all the online ordering in most items I prefer to go get it. I’ve only ordered from Macy’s a couple of times and there was an issue both times. Not receiving the package though the carrier marked it as delivered. The second time was for a Mother’s Day gift that I did not receive and wanted a refund for the other one because it was out of stock. They would not approve my request for whatever reason I don’t fathom.

Ordered online. Clearly no quality control at Macy's, and this is not the first defective item that i have received when shopping online. Now I have to deal with the return process and wait for a refund. Quality of bracelet is fine otherwise, but only worth it if you get it on sale.
