Unacceptable product

The ear sets were absolutely defective. I gifted them for my niece’s birthday and was so disappointed when she was trying to wear them. The metal pin part were too thick and has an extra pieces right next to the earring clutch. They are unacceptable products for a Macy’s customer.

Very disappointing

Disappointed in this set. Described as necklace and earrings incorrectly. What should be the “earrings” are actually two tack pins that cannot be used as earrings.
