Pretty eyeshadow
I love this eyeshadow. It was great pigmentation and was easy to blend. The shimmer in it was fine and had great reflection on the eyes. This shade was also unique, but wearable. I didn’t notice significant fallout, but I always use some sort of primer with my shadows. I would definitely recommend this line!

UD eyeliners
I prefer a gel like eyeliner and Urban Decay delivers. It goes on smoother and looks great!

Most colors are too dry or don’t stay put
I’ve tried these in several colors over the years and generally they don’t glide on very well (smoke is the worst) as they are either too dry or are too liquid for a pencil. The only color that I’ve ever tried that was great to apply was Uzi and it’s been discontinued. Most recently tried zero and it’s WAY too smudgy for a black. Don’t recommend at all.

Won’t extend
The pencil is fully retracted and will not extend, so it is unusable.

Really awesome liner but sharpening is required
First, I really love this eyeliner for its color, glide-on application and staying power. Really, it's awesome. However, the fact that it requires sharpening is disheartening. Carrying a sharpener while traveling is not practical and sharpening seems to waste a lot of product. So many eyeliners out there are twist-up, couldn't this otherwise fantastic product be updated?

Less than a week
I bought the 24/7 Glide-On-Eye Pencil. Opened it a week ago and it is either empty or the twisty stopped working. I am very disappointed and will not purchase another product from this company. This was not only a waste of money but, it left me without any eyeliner. I wear make-up/eyeliner every day. This should have easily lasted me a month or more.
