Obsessed!

Gets the job done

I really like how this waterline eyeliner looks so natural and it does not smudge. My first time using an eyeliner that does NOT feel so heavy on my eyes. It’s also really use to remove!

Waterproof

I’ve always loved Urban Decay eye liners because they truly are waterproof. I have a very watery eye and this didn’t smudge and lasted the entire day. The color is nice and dark with one swipe and doesn’t need layers!

Waterproof but just okay

I have mixed feelings about this eyeliner. The good: it’s definitely waterproof and once it’s applied and set, smudge-proof. The color is also as expected. The bad: I felt like it didn’t live up to expectations when applying to the waterline. Even once I dried the waterline off it too a couple passes to get the intensity of color and a consistent line. The waterproofing is good but I prefer their old eyeliner formula

This is the best eyeliner!

To be honest this is one of the BEST eyeliners that I’ve used! It’s smudge proof, the weight is normal and de color is the perfect BLACK. Love the packaging too.
