Terrible Product!

The short tip of this eyeliner broke off less than a week after purchase. After numerous attempts to contact Macy’s, I finally talked to a very indifferent lady in cosmetics who said my only recourse was to return it with the receipt, which I did not keep since I never expected such an inferior product. Also, I am 2 1/2 hours from any Macy’s. Urban Decay provided a 15 percent off coupon that expired in 30 days. As if I’d ever buy their products again. Very unhappy with both Macy’s and Urban Decay.

Best eyeliner ever! I use it as Kajal for my water line. It doesn’t smudge. I have tried SO MANY eyeliners before for my water line and after few minutes it would look like I have raccoon eyes. But this stays put. Make sure you take it off before going to bed. It glides so well, so soft to use.
