For the best application, ensure clean, product-free skin for easier cleanup. Fully coat brow hairs by first combing down, then up and into place with the long-bristled wand side. Use the short-bristled side to backcomb, wiggling to deposit color, then use the tip to fill sparse areas and build volume. I haven't gotten my hands on the product yet because it was held in the US, but I've had a very good experience thanks to the excellent service and solution to my reported problem. I think Urban Decay is the best makeup brand since I discovered it. Even though it has a higher price than other brands, I prefer to invest because it's aligned with the brand's quality and values.
