I must have received an old one, the color portion kept breaking, it was dry and brittle.

This is the best brow pencil I’ve used. I have tried quite a few. This is my go to and I’ve been using it for several years now. It’s shape and size make it easy to use. The color works well for me, none of that reddish hue. I use the color taupe. I always keep two on hand. I highly recommend.

I'm a redhead and the Ginger Snap is the only color that I've had work for me, and I've tried lots of auburn like colors from different brands. I tried the pen as well, its too dark and turns a weird greenish color. The pencil doesn't do this. I love the spoolie on the end, as i like to blend into natural looking brows, not a microbladed "fake" look.

I just got this Brow Beater and the pencil part is dry rotted, as soon as I tried to use it the pencil portion broke! I guess I will just have to use the brush portion. This was just a waste of money and not it for me!

I just received this brow pencil and I do not like it. It does not go on well at all! You have to really push hard for it to show up at all. I was excited to try a waterproof pencil, but this is not the one for me.

I Just got my Brown Betty fine brow pencil, but the end is no longer fine, but an angled, and wider tip...for my sparse eyebrows , I can no longer draw fine lines that emulate brow hairs...It also appears to have a slight red tone to it, as can often be found in blond eye brow pencils.

I was excited to try this product out but it just didn't live up to my expectations. I like my eyebrows but wanted to give them a little boost. This product pencil is hard- I don't particularly like it. There are better products out there for sure. The brush is the best part of this.....I really wanted to like this product but it just didn't do it for me.
