This plumping shine balm is like a hybrid of a lip balm and lip gloss. The applicator is flatter and wider than typical lip gloss wands which makes application fast and easy. It tingles slightly after applying but doesn't noticeably plump up my lips. This feels very light and is super hydrating. The consistency is on the thicker side but it doesn't have a sticky feeling. The color payoff is on the sheer side. It lasts a while until you eat or drink anything.

Does not stay on at all, even without eating or dr
Beautiful color and consistency, comes off within minutes even if I'm just sitting here. It's a shame.

I LOVE ITTT
I keep seeing lots of bad reviews yet this just turned into my new favorite gloss!! I’m so for real my lips still feel hydrated after the gloss wears off. All other lipglosses leave my lips cracked and chapped yet this one does not!! It’s so nice and my to go. I love it so much and will def be repurchasing!!
