Misleading doesn't seem to lock in hydration

As a cosmetologist I find the claims for this product are misleading. One of the first five ingredients is Alcohol. I feel like I paid $15 for Dollar Tree lotion.

Smells horrible not worth 15.00 bucks. Does not smell anything like vanilla
