I ordered this shoe in gold and have no idea how it came in as a size 14 I cannot see myself kndowing I wear a size 9 and order a 14. I know about the on final act but I am hoping Macy's would make a one time courtesy and allow me to return the item for a credit or purchase something else even if I have to purchase something that cost more. I am an avid Macy shopper. Please reply
