Terrible service

Order present long before Christmas and i understand being the time of the year but the tracking was terrible from the start. Basically showed the label was made but the package was (broken) even tho it showed it wasn’t ever shipped. Now saying delivered and showing two other options one saying delayed and now the one that hopefully is coming in after I had to be on text with customer service for and hour. First and last time ordering from Macy’s. No update on package or tracking until I made contact with them.

Smells sooo good

I have tried many of the Valentino women flankers and this one smells very pretty it’s a nice tea scent if that’s your vibe you’d like this one definitely strays away from the OG formula
