Broken promises with free gifts.

I bought the Valentino cologne for my hunny with the promise that he would also receive a mini cologne which would be mailed to me. I picked up the 3.4 oz bottle yet the mini cologne was never mailed. It supposedly got caught up in the warehouse and never made it out. I called customer service and was advised that they would resend the mini cologne. Instead they cancelled the order. I called back and they said it was not available and they would send me a 35% off coupon for a purchase. Never got the emailed coupon, never got the mini cologne. I only bought this cologne from Macys because of the incentive. Disappointing but expected. Do better Macy’s.
