Received used shirt

The shirt we received was clearly not new. It didn’t have any of the “normal” dress shirt packaging, was just kind of stuffed in the shipping bag, and had a long black pen mark across the front. Luckily I was able to return it at a local store with no issues. I repurchased a similar shirt at JCPenney.
