collar stays non-removable

For the price point, I was disappointed to discover that the shirt maker did not give the consumer the option to remove the PLASTIC collar stays. What this means is that once you put this shirt in the dryer the plastic collar stays will degrade with each wash rendering this shirt useless, unless you want a collar with no crisp lines. Unfortunately, I'll be returning it. One star for color.
