NOT true to size and heavy, but look great

Nice looking, very heavy. And sizing, forget about it, I ordered an 11 and got an 11. They fit like a true 10. I don't think a shoe stretcher will help save these. And being a last chance item, no refund or exchange I guess. Disappointing.
