I can not believe that Macy’s would even sell a shoe this cheaply made! It looks and feels like plastic

Poor quality and even worse customer service

If I good give 0 stars I would. Had only a few months and the one shoe has ripped, and Macys will not do anything about it at all!! Poor customer service and will not purchase from Macys again.

It looks OK, and feels comfortable, but as long as it's new! After a few use, looks devastated as it's made of plastic and nylon!
