Beware of true shoe color and size

The pictures of the shoe were not exactly what the actual shoe looks like . 1. The color was a lot darker than the picture online 2. The upper toe of shoe shown on online picture has a darker shade while actual shoe is all one color 3. The size is off, the medium is narrower than other medium size shoes 4. Had to reorder next size up for shoe to fit 5. Faux pas leather looks extremely Plastic …

Poor quality and even worse customer service

If I good give 0 stars I would. Had only a few months and the one shoe has ripped, and Macys will not do anything about it at all!! Poor customer service and will not purchase from Macys again.
