I have been wearing these for at least 5 years now. I love the degree of comfort and the variety of colors. I wait until they are on sale for 20.99-22.99 to buy them. I take a sharpie and mark the month and year on the inside of the back of the band. If I have them for more than 3 years, it is time to replace them.
