Peeling right out of the package/first use

We just received this as a gift for my son's first birthday. He was super excited to pull all the pieces out with the large knobs. Then I looked away for just a moment and looked back and he had put one of the pieces in his mouth. The paper turned into goo and peeled off. Pulling saliva covered clumps of paper out of my son's mouth was not fun. Also, the corner of the puzzle board topper is peeling too. I've played with lots of these types of puzzles over the years with kids in childcare, never seen this.

I would definitely buy this product again!

Great for little hands to 'grab'! Sturdy enough to withstand the inevitiable banging and scraping. Perfect for our 1 year old.

Lovely product but I expected better quality

My son loved this puzzle from the moment he saw it! He has been playing with it every day. Unfortunately, the pieces started peeling after just one day... Not the quality I expect from Melissa and Doug

Yes, I will be purchasing more puzzles for my grandson

My sixteen month old grandson learned to do this knob puzzle in a day. I only see him via FaceTime but I love to watch his concentration. Great purchase
