very nice looking shoe but seems irregular

It is a very nice looking shoe. I got the green one and really liked it but when I tried it on, the soul was warped and would not sit well causing discomfort. The left shoe didn’t have that problem, but also felt a bit tight in the front. Maybe I just got an irregular pair.
