There was no hole in

There was no hole in the case I ordered with this to attach this to. Pretty disappointing considering I ordered it as an add on. I didn't realize I would have to buy a third item as an attachment. Finding ways to charge clients who are choosing to buy from you, even more money.

This black heart charm did

This black heart charm did not include directions for use… so after trying to attach it to my phone case a number of ways, I just decided that it was not sturdy enough or of use for my purposes.
