Major Problem With the Straps

I bought one of these backpacks about a month ago and had been looking forward to using it, as I have a Vera Bradley backpack the same size that I bought last year and have been using as a great everyday bag. Unfortunately the new small backpacks are not made as well. After three weeks the straps had almost entirely ripped. The backpack has great storage, but if the straps completely rip off of the backpack after using the bag at its capacity for only three weeks that's a problem.

Great size

I love this backpack! I bought it for shopping as our state banned stores from giving plastic bags but I find myself using it all the time. There's room to carry a folding shopping bag and room to throw small purchases if I don't want to open my folding bag. It's a good size for a 5.2 woman.

I am in love with this backpack.

I love this backpack! My only complaint is that I wish the straps were more attractive. They feel sturdy and dependable however, I wish they were the same pattern as the bag and more slim. Overall, I think this backpack is very reliable.

Nice Looking Backpack

I bought this backpack to carry around a theme park. I got it personalized with my initial and was somewhat unhappy with the font (which I did not have a choice of). The H looks like a K. I mostly tried to carry it on one shoulder, but that did not work very well as it kept falling off. I think the backpack is nice looking, just not functional for the use I needed.
