Vera Bradley has AMAZING Customer Service!!

LOVE this travel mug!! I had an issue with the lid and contacted customer service. They went above and beyond to fix the issue!! Best customer service ever!!

top broke first day

before I even had a chance to use it the pop up part of the top where you drink came off! It was hand washed but it is back in the bag to be returned

Never purchase again

I loved it when I first saw it. Wanted it for my travel coffee mug. After 2 months it leaked everywhere , I called customer service and they were not willing to replace.

Newer version has much better lid

I bought this travel mug and first one I had would leak if you didn't twist it on properly...once it fell, a piece broke off the top, so I had to get another....the new patterns are loud, (liked the older ones better), but the design of the lid improved tremendously. It twists on more securely and there is no issue with leaks...

Love this travel mug

I bought a bunch of things from Vera for Christmas gifts and a couple of things for myself and this mug was one of them. Very well made and so very cute. I take it to work every day. Very secure lid and doesn't leak at all. Highly recommend!

I love this!

I bought this travel mug 3 weeks ago and have used it everyday since! It fits so nicely in my car cup holder. The lid is secure, no problems. I don't tip it upside down but I feel like that wouldn't be an issue either.

Leaks

Very difficult to put lid on. Even when it appears to be tight and secure, it drips. Very disappointed. I have had other mugs that didn't do this.
