Definitely recommend !!!

When I was recommended this book i was scared because I was given very little details from the first page to the last I was intrigued! There is sadness, love, and a huge plot twist!

Hooked but not Shocked

Verity had me hooked at chapter 1. Very good easy read. Love the name Verity!!!! I read the edition with the exclusive chapter. I was told it makes a HUGE difference. I did not get the "Shock Factor", but it still had me hooked to the point I COULD NOT PUT IT DOWN! I look forward to reading more Colleen Hoover books.

Highly recommend

I thought this book was quickly intriguing and caught me at times with my mouth open. If mystery and romance are your type of genre, then this is the book. Not only was it romantic but there were parts of the book that gave you hints leading to a climax, and then completely took a u-turn. Something special about this book is that it isn't just a hopeless romantic. The book has violence and action to the point where it almost feels as though you're going through the same traumatic event. And at the end, it leaves you questioning what you read.

Had a hard time putting this book down. At some points, I thought I might need to, and others times, I had to pause and reflect.

WHAT A BOOK!

I love Colleen Hoover books and this is one of her best! It is very sexy, with extremely vivid descriptions. It’s a story within a story and both have you captured. It was almost impossible to put down. I’d go to bed thinking about the book.

Don’t get the great reviews

Guess we all like different types of books and enjoyment is a subjective thing. For me, I found this book to be a great idea that was poorly executed. Tons of gratuitous, explicit sex that focused on a woman satisfying a man. The last couple of chapters weren’t well put together and left me feeling like I wasted my time reading it. Hard pass for me on this author.

Horrible Grammar!

The grammar is below 8th grade and filled with multiple errors. And there is no such word as “alright”. The word is all right. No more Miss Hoover for me. I would rate it a zero if that was a possibility.
